Eligibility: The Sunbelt "Free Kicks" Instant Win Game & Giveaway (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who reside in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. 2. How to Participate: The Promotion begins on March 1, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period"). A day is understood to start at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET the same day, except for the first day which for the purposes of this Promotion begins at 12:00 P.M. ET. The Promotion Administrator’s clock will serve as the official time keeper.

3. Instant Win Game Prizes Available and Odds of Winning: If you receive a winning Instant Win message, you will receive your Instant Win prize electronically. You will also be sent a winning confirmation email with the prize included. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. If you receive a non-winning message on your screen, you are not a winner of an instant win prize. Any attempt to use multiple usernames, passwords or email accounts or other tactics to register, enter or play more than the stated limits may result in the disqualification by the judges or Sponsor from the Promotion and all associated registrations, entries and/or game plays will be void. Entries or game plays or registrations generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the registration, entry or game play process may be void.

ARV of 35,000 Wyndham Rewards Points is $350. Rewards based on a stay at a Tier 4 room.
Prizes may be awarded electronically and delivered to the email address indicated on your registration form. The return of any prize email as undelivered or noncompliance of these rules by any winner will result in forfeiture of prize. Any such undeliverable prize will not be re-awarded.
Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes is $12,100.
4. Club Giveaway Prizes, Drawings, And Odds of Winning: Each time a valid Code is entered and verified your selected USYS club will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Club Giveaway and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Club Giveaway. Each drawing of the Monthly Club Giveaway is limited to those entries generated in that same month. The Grand Prize Giveaway drawing is among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Monthly Club Giveaway drawing will take place within the first 5 business days of each month, beginning in October. The Grand Prize Club Giveaway drawing will be held on or about September 2, 2010.
Monthly Club Giveaway Prizes: six (6) $1,000 cash prizes. ARV of each Monthly Club Giveaway Prize is $1,000.

5. General Prize Restrictions: Winners must be Wyndham Rewards members in order to redeem their prize. Wyndham Rewards is free to join. If winners are not already enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards program at time of win, they may enroll at the time of prize notification. Winner will have 2 weeks from the end date of the promotion to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards program in order to receive their points. If the winner does not enroll by this date, the prize will be forfeited, no substitution will be provided, and the prize will go unawarded. If a winner is already a Wyndham Rewards member at time of winning notification, the points will be deposited in their Wyndham Rewards account within 4-6 weeks.
A Member’s Wyndham Rewards account can be terminated and all accrued points cancelled or forfeited if the Member has no account activity for a period of 18 consecutive months. Account activity is defined as the earning or redemption of Wyndham Rewards points. In addition, the earning of airline miles or rail points through Wyndham Rewards and the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points for airlines miles or rail points are included in the definition of activity.
The approximate retail value may be greater or less than the amount stated based upon hotel/resort accommodations selected or assigned and time of year during which stay is booked. Any difference between the ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded in cash or other items. All prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting the prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.
All insurance, federal, state and local taxes (unless specifically provided as part of a prize), if any, ground transportation, transfers, parking, gratuities, meals (unless specifically provided as part of a prize), beverages, telephone calls, insurance, excursions and incidentals and any other unspecified expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize listed above may be combined with any other offer. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner’s and travel companion’s responsibility. Sponsor and/or Administrators are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets and none will be replaced.In no event will more than the number of prizes stated herein be awarded. If due to seeding, technical, electronic or other errors, the number of valid prize claims received for any prize level exceed the number of such prize set forth herein, the Promotion entities reserve the right to conduct a random drawing to award the stated number of prizes for the prize from among all valid and non-suspect prize claims received for such prize. The Promotion Entities may award prizes upon winner confirmation, verification and final approval. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by the Promotion Entities who reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. If applicable, prize winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Giveaway Prize Awarding: The potential Giveaway winner(s) may be notified by phone or e-mail and may be required to satisfactorily complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and W9, all of which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of winner notification to RealTime and the potential Giveaway winner(s) must also demonstrate to the Promotion Entities, that their soccer club is an active U.S. Youth Soccer member in good standing in order to become a confirmed Giveaway winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit and Release, if the prize notification is returned undeliverable; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will forfeit that Giveaway prize and the Giveaway prize may be awarded to an alternate winner as selected by the Promotion Entities.
7. Code Limits: Limit one (1) Instant Win gameplay per each verified Code entered. All Code(s) are subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules. Code(s) and/or Account(s) cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party or auctioned through an online auction site. Possession of a Code does not constitute proof of entering Code into any particular Account. The decisions of the Promotion Entities with respect to Code entry are final in all respects. The Promotion Entities reserve the right to limit the number of invalid entry attempts on a daily basis, or alter or modify any posted Code entry limits at any time without prior notice. Each Code can only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Code will be void and ineligible for entry. Only the first Code submission received and recorded by webmaster’s computer will be accepted. Limit fifteen (15) Codes per Account per day of the Promotion Period.
8. Account Limits: Limit one (1) Account per person. Each person may only enter Code(s) into one Account; Code(s) entered by one person into multiple Account(s) may be voided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Possession of a Code (or game piece with Code) does not constitute proof of entering Code into any particular Account. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of Code(s) entered into an Account and/or the number of invalid entry attempts on a daily basis, or alter or modify any posted code entry limits, at any time and without prior notice.
9. No Transfer: Code(s) and/or Account(s) cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party or auctioned through an online auction site.
10. Verification of Code(s): All Code(s) are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the Promotion Entities. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Code(s) thereon will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by the Promotion Entities or its agents in their sole discretion to be any of the following: duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, cut, torn, erased or blank in whole or in part, illegible in whole or in part, smudged, disassembled or altered from the form in which it was issued , stolen, transferred, bartered, traded or auctioned (including, but not limited to an online Internet auction site), unissued, unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than retail purchase or free entry request), or if they fail to contain special markings, inks and/or security codes that may be applied by the Promotion Entities at the time of production, or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by the Promotion Entities for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error. The Promotion Entities shall have no obligation to the holder of any void Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotion Entities may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Code with another randomly selected Code if appropriate upon request, while supplies last. The Promotion Entities reserve the right to inspect and examine any illegible Code prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at the Promotion Entities’ sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules. 11. General: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Entities and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), and city and state of residence for solely advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion ("Advertising"), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor or its licensors and winning participants hereby disclaim and waive any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under control of Sponsor or its licensors, and winning recipients hereby waive any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of winning recipient’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. Winners also agree that, upon reasonable notice, they will use good faith efforts to be available to travel for the promotional purposes of Sponsor for a period of one (1) year from the end of this Promotion. This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and any and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for conflict of laws principles.

Conduct: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Entities which shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the Web Site throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Promotion Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or the Web Site; or to be acting in any manner deemed the Promotion Entities to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promotion Entities to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated entries and/or game plays. Limitations Of Liability: Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or garbled registrations, entries, game plays or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries or game plays at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries or game plays, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion.
